We all like to picture ourselves as making a contribution.  Even something that may seem insignificant can make a tremendous difference.  Ville Platte Medical Center Volunteers help to make that difference.  By offering their time, our volunteers provide support, encouragement and a fresh perspective to patients and the hospital staff.  In return, volunteers become one of our family, and they join the team of physicians, nurses, staff and others who make our patients feel at home.

Our Volunteers annually contribute hundreds of hours to assist patients, hospital employees, and visitors.  These volunteers continue the tradition of lending their time and talents to help others.
